My First D-SLR, The Nikon D80.

Suddenly feel like trying out this new and expensive hobby so decided to look for a DSLR, a big black clumsy camera that has changeable lens (eye). I actually spend lots & lots & lots of time researching on brands and the two major brands i looked at is Canon & Nikon.


I finally aim to get the popular Nikon D80, RM2,800.00 body only (NEW) so decided to get 2nd hand D80 from this s'pore forum http://www.clubsnap.com. Its a very active forum and since my borther is in singapore so he deals with the seller for me. Things is cheap but shipping is the problem.

Finally got bought a 6 month old Nikon D80 body with Shutter Count of 2000k for S$800 = RM1,800.00.

Bought another lens, Nikkor 18-55mmG2 ED lens when i realise that i don't have close lens and a Pop-Up Flash diffuser both for around RM330 and the lens still comes with warranty. As for the diffuser, it really helps. Well, See is believing.
